Sadegh&Co. Management Ltd. is the managing partner of Sadegh&Co. Partnership and is based in London. The business and the affairs of the Partnership is carried out by Sadegh&Co. Management Ltd. in United Kingdom. Furthermore the objects of the Company are:

• To invest and deal with the assets of the Company and to hold or otherwise deal with any investments made.
• To acquire and take over the whole or any part of the business, property and liabilities, to purchase, take on lease or in exchange, hire or otherwise acquire any real or personal property, patents, licences, rights or privileges.
• To carry on and/or invest in the business of general merchants, importers, exporters, manufacturers, brokers and dealers both wholesale and retail in all manner of goods.
